CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes, VIENTO has a flexible policy, and you can exchange or return a product respecting the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
- The products must be returned in perfect condition to be put up for sale again. Washed, used or damaged products will not be exchanged nor will the money be refunded.
-No returns will be accepted that are related to payments or customs fees of any kind, whether within or outside the national territory.
If you want to recover the damaged products, that you have sent us and as they do not meet the requirements for exchange or return, you will have to pay the new shipping costs.
WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE WHEN CHANGING A PRODUCT?
VIENTO gives you the option to change the products.
However, in this case the management and transport costs will be at your expense; You must pay the shipment to our warehouse and if you want to make a change, you must also pay for the new transport *.
When you want to change a product you can choose to:
1) Send the products and wait for the change.
IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL !! : Add a written sheet with your data: name, address and order number, and write the concept "CHANGE"
When the products arrive at our warehouse and we verify that the products are in perfect condition, we will calculate the balance and add the amount of the new transport *, then we will inform you if you have to pay; as soon as you make the payment, we will send you the new products.
If the amount is in your favor, we will make the refund ** within 5-9 business days, depending on the payment method, and we will send the new products immediately.
2) Send the products and place a new order immediately so you don´t have to wait.
If you want to facilitate and speed up this process, and you don't want to wait for your package to arrive to our warehouse, simply buy what you need, (sizes or products) and request a full refund of the products you return to us. (This way you will have your new order in a few days).
As soon as we receive your package, we will make the refund ** within 5-9 business days, depending on the payment method.

WHAT IF I AM NOT LOCATED OR THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?
When an order could not be delivered for reasons beyond the control of VIENTO and more than 10-15 business days have elapsed since the first delivery attempt, the package is returned to our warehouse. When this happens, we will automatically contact you.
